Southampton · Field sales & brand activation
The short way
to your customer.
Most marketing takes the scenic route. We put a trained person in front of the people you want, have a proper conversation, and send you the numbers the same day.
Why bother with people
A conversation beats
an impression.
An impression is someone's eyes sliding past your brand. A conversation is someone asking a question, getting a straight answer, and deciding on the spot. Only one of those pays for itself. We build campaigns around the second, then measure them like a performance channel — because that is what they are.
People who know the product
Every rep is briefed on your proposition, your pricing and your awkward questions before they speak to a soul. Working knowledge, not a script read aloud.
Territory, not scattergun
Coverage planned by area and audience, so you know exactly where the budget went and which patches are worth a second visit.
Numbers you can audit
Doors knocked, conversations held, leads captured, sales confirmed. Sent as raw data, not a tidy slide with the bad days removed.
What we do
Four ways to get
in front of people.
Residential campaigns
Door-to-door acquisition across planned territories. Built for products that need explaining — energy, broadband, home services, subscriptions.
Retail & venue activation
Staffed stands in shopping centres, supermarkets and partner sites. High footfall, controlled setting, sign-up on the spot.
Events & brand experience
Demonstration and sampling at festivals, shows and community events, with consented data landing in your CRM the same week.
Business to business
Field visits to commercial premises for products bought by owners and managers — card payments, telecoms, energy, waste, facilities.
How it works
Live in three weeks.
Reporting from day one.
Scope and territory plan
We agree the proposition, the customer and the geography. You get a written plan — areas, headcount, expected contact volume, cost model — before anybody knocks on anything.
Brief and compliance sign-off
Your team trains ours. Product, pricing, tone, and the things we must never say. You approve the customer-facing script and the data process in writing.
Pilot in the field
A small team works a limited patch first. Real conversion, real objections, real cost per acquisition — then we adjust before scaling anything.
Scale and report
Headcount and coverage grow against agreed targets. Daily activity figures, a weekly review call, and quality checks on a sample of every day's sales.
Standards
Your brand is on
the doorstep. So
are our rules.
Field sales carries reputational risk for the client, not just the agency. These are the controls we run as standard, and we are happy to have every one of them written into the contract.
Identification in the field
Every rep carries photo ID showing our name and yours. No unbadged activity, ever.
Approved wording only
Claims about price, contract length and savings come from your sign-off. Nothing gets improvised at the door.
Quality checks on sales
A sample of each day's sign-ups is verified by call-back. Anything that does not hold up is cancelled by us, not chased by you.
Data handled properly
UK GDPR-compliant capture and consent, no-knock lists respected, data passed to you and not retained past the campaign.
Vulnerable customer policy
Clear criteria for when a conversation stops. Reps are trained to walk away from a sale and are never penalised for doing it.
Complaints routed to you
Any complaint is logged and shared with your team the same day, with the outcome recorded. No filtering.
Where we work
Sectors we have run
campaigns in.
Our client agreements stop us naming brands publicly. We can walk you through specific campaigns, volumes and results under NDA on a first call.
